Delete your account

You can delete your ReJournal account at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open ReJournal and go to Profile.
2. In the Session section, tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm. If you signed in with Apple, Google or Facebook, you may be asked to sign in again first.

We delete your ReJournal account, and the app removes all videos and profile data for that account from your device.

If you use ReJournal as a guest

A guest has no linked account. Tap Delete Account in Profile and confirm Delete Guest Data. This deletes all your videos and data from this device and takes you back to the start of the app.

If you sign out as a guest without linking an account, your videos are also permanently deleted.

Where your videos are stored

Your videos are stored only on your device. We do not receive them.

Other options

To remove some videos but keep your account, delete a single video or all videos from one month in the archive. You can also turn off analytics in Profile under Data & Privacy.

If you cannot open the app

Email us at [email protected] from the email address linked to your account and ask us to delete it.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
